How to eat a little

Why should eat a lot if little can be satisfied. The question is how to eat a little will be satisfied. First is to avoid eating before bed because it is very dangerous for your weight loss. Both do not drink as much as you eat because food is soft is easier to digest by the intestine than dry food. 
So when you eat, drink less likely that you can, or if you're thirsty drink as much as an hour before you eat. Diet is Hard just on first day

Time, usually when we used to do the "big meal" is when relaxed or after working hard. Honestly one of the success tips in a diet is to find a fun activity customize to your hobby. The core of my story is when we decided to go on a diet, the hardest day is the day of the first, second and third. The fourth day of your appetite has been very much reduced even you may not even have appetite again when he saw the meat sticks on the table (the possibility that our memories about the taste of food and hunger had disappeared). Why Must Diet?

These are photos of me a few years ago, do not laugh because I would be offended. My first problem is that weight and you can see from my photos. I am beginning my diet program is to reduce foods that contain carbohydrates and replace them with green vegetables. I replaced all carbohydrate foods into green vegetables with equal portions. But to be honest I am not able to spend green vegetables with equal portions of green vegetables because somehow filling faster than the carbohydrate diet. For this post only that first. Do diet using green vegetables for a week, you can choose what and how to cook vegetables according to your taste.
