Why should eat a lot if little can be satisfied. The question is how to eat a little will be satisfied. First is to avoid eating before bed because it is very dangerous for your weight loss. Both do not drink as much as you eat because food is soft is easier to digest by the intestine than dry food.
So when you eat, drink less likely that you can, or if you're thirsty drink as much as an hour before you eat. When you eat you do not jump to swallow, but first chew as much as 33 times, it should be!
